Vacancy: Support Worker Location: Cresswell, Northumberland Salary: We pay our Support Workers £9.30 (Real Living Wage) per hour with additional sleep in payments We offer a stakeholder pension Scheme. Hours: Full time/ Part time and Fixed Term vacancies available, working on a rota basis, across 24 hours We need to recruit and match Support Workers to contracts ranging from 16 to 35 hours per week and we can also offer 6 months fixed term contracts. We have immediate vacancies and can offer a fast track full training programme. The Company: Positive Support For You are an established provider working in the Teesside and Northumberland areas. We help people to build a life in their own home and their community. We ensure a person centred and bespoke service is provided to meet their needs. The Role: Positive Support For You is looking to recruit hard working, enthusiastic Support Workers who have the drive and resilience to provide person centred, quality support for these individuals. You will be required to work on a rota basis which includes a share of daytime, evening, weekends and will include sleep-in duties by roster. Rotas are planned in advance to aid your work/life balance. A comprehensive training package is provided, so you are equipped to support tenants with all aspects of daily living and to meet their individual complex needs.
