We are looking for a real life superhero 'Support Worker' to join our existing team of outstanding employees who share our values and our passion to provide the highest quality support. About the Role: As a Support Worker at Bridge House in Woodley , you will work with people who have varying degrees of learning disabilities and physical disabilities. You would be encouraging their independence and supporting them to lead as fulfilling life as possible. Whilst no two days are the same typically, you'll help our residents with the everyday challenges of washing, dressing and eating. Crucially, enabling them to carry out tasks, chores and hobbies that most people take for granted but are really meaningful to the people we support.
