Contracted Hours Constance Care are on the hunt for warm and kind people like you to join our amazing team of Mobile Response Care Workers in EH52, EH54., ML1, ML2, ML7 and G71 (Workers also acceptable from the following post code areas EH48, EH49, EH47, EH55) We’re looking for people with the following attributes; • Kind, caring and compassionate • A good listener who is patient • A happy ‘people person’ • Naturally strives to go the extra mile for others • Organised and conscientious Applicants ideally must have access to a vehicle for work purposes, but also may be a requirement for some walkers, depending upon geographical locations, and ideally will experience working in care and/or hold a relevant healthcare qualification to a minimum of level 2 or equivalent, but all applicants will be considered. Rota patterns available are either 4 days on 4 days off or alternating of 4 days on week 1, and 3 days on week 2, which will include alternate weekends. Hours are between 6 am – to 2pm and 3.00pm – 11 pm. Main duties of the Mobile Response Care worker role are to: To deliver front-line care and support services to the company’s service users in localities where there are geographic challenges. In general, the support provided by Mobile Response care workers is that which would normally be undertaken by a caring relative and does not include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a qualified nurse. The service will be provided to ensure individual’s assessed needs are met until a permanent arrangement is in place and the service user can be transferred to the local, mainstream care at home business.
