Legal Secretary (Private Law) Leicester City Centre £16,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience Full Time Permanent Do you have a keen eye for detail and are able to process information quickly and efficiently? The Company: Our client, a boutique and highly personable law firm has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their well-established and friendly team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with a wide range of individuals at all levels - from staff, management and directors to external clients and consultants; making the job varied and interesting. You will be based at the client's city centre based office in a supportive, fun and professional environment Role & Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary: Day to day support to a Team of Solicitors. Drafting letters and documents. Ensuring all information on the system is accurate and kept strictly confidential. Covering reception as and when necessary. Handling all incoming calls and emails. Attending the Courts to deliver documents. Meeting and greeting clients who are visiting the office. Filing and scanning documents. About You as a Legal Secretary: Experience in a similar role is essential; Family Law experience would be ideal Highly motivated with the ability and willingness to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate (ideally in Microsoft Office). Confident and polite telephone manner. Very strong attention for detail. Effective team player with the ability to work autonomously. Additional Benefits: Sociable working hours including 25 days holiday Bank Holidays.
