Overview
I'm currently looking for two Senior Engineers to join a leading service provider on one of their custodial sites based in South East London. The purpose of the role is to be able to support the team both bringing best practice and experience to deal with technical issues and projects and to learn from local practice to identify areas of excellence and ensure these are replicated throughout the estate to bring up overall levels. Requirements Be available to cover Out of Hours and On Call as required Flexible and pragmatic with the ability to self-organise and prioritise Excellent troubleshooting skills with a wide range of technical knowledge covering all aspects of technology within the site Provide regular feedback on problem areas with specific suggestions for enhancements to benefit all users Excellent communication skills so site teams and management are aware of visits and workloads Able to work at all levels from basic telephone support through to complex project work Able to achieve and maintain unrestricted UK SC clearance Be involved in the application of ISO 27001 and HMG information security principles Essential technical and professional skills, knowledge and qualifications System support for business-critical applications Excellent troubleshooting skills Capable of recognising where best practice exists and replicate that across other areas of the business Able to maintain the correct level of clearance, and compliance with local regulations to allow drawing of keys for unescorted access to prison sites Excellent computer hardware /software knowledge and experience Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
