Office Administrator £16,000 - £18,000 Manchester City Centre An Events & Marketing business in Manchester City Centre are expanding their support function following on from recently moving to brand new offices to accommodate growth in each division. The business has been recognised as one of the leading Events & Marketing companies in Manchester and investors in people, offering their staff support and guidance from day one. The Management team are looking for somebody they can train and develop in the business where you can move further up the ladder within the company. Your role will be a support to all areas of the business including Events, Marketing, General Administration & Client Support where your duties will include: Events - Assisting with the planning of events including diary management & invites Marketing - Creating materials for client and event purposes General Administration - Filing & scanning documents and supporting the business with all administrative tasks Client Support - Meeting & greeting clients, dealing with clients over the phone In terms of progression opportunities, this is quite open based on your preference however the Management team have created several career plans for the person coming into this role: Events Management - Managing internal and client events from start to finish Team Leader - Supervising a small team underneath you This is the perfect business for somebody looking for a career-based role & somebody who is eager to learn new skills.
