Overview
Office Coordinator (Call Centre/ Customer Services/ Inbound) Starting Salary: £18,000 to £22,500 per annum (plus paid over time and bonus) plus very good further training and career progression opportunities. Location: Fulham, SW6 London Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday ( must be flexible with regards to working hours and some times will finish late at 8pm) 1 Saturday a month 8.30am-3.00pm 28 Days Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays) We are Greater London Energy Efficiency & Retrofit Regional Winners. Due to company expansion and developments, we currently have a vacancy for a Call Centre Advisor (Bookings Coordinator) to join our friendly, highly professional telephone control team. Dealing with high volume inbound/outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to our customers. GENERAL DUTIES: Answering high volume inbound calls and assisting customers with specific enquiries and job bookings. Update worksheets with changes and status’ of each customer job. Provide a high level of personalised customer service at all times. Liaise with engineers to book follow on jobs for customers. Create further interest in the company’s services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered. All other reasonable duties when requires. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication. Previous experience with customer service, inbound/outbound call centre, control room, contact centre. An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Good working knowledge of MS Office Package. ·Ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative in a busy environment. ·Able to provide two, previous work related references.
