Overview

Site Manager - Kent - Internals - £65k - £70k £5k CA Our client, who are the UK's leading developers are looking to recruit a Site Manager with a string fit out background for their residential development in West London. You will have a proven track record working with developers or main contractors and have solid experience with the whole fit out cycle - from first fix through to second fix, snag and handover. As well as making sure the fit out runs to speed and programme, you will be overseeing specialist trade contractors, attending and chairing meetings and ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times. This a fantastic opportunity to join developer that has no ceiling with regards to progression.
