Overview
Senior Desktop Support Engineer Woolf Group are currently recruiting a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join a high end Investment Management company based in London. We are looking for exceptional Desktop Support Engineers happy to do 1st / 2nd line support with the capability to do some 3rd line, with the view to working towards an engineering role on major infrastructure transformation projects. What are we looking for? Previous experience of working onsite providing Desktop Support in a high end environment Skills/knowledge within Win10, Office 365, OneDrive & AWS is a nice to have Ability to work under pressure Experience in onsite customer support and interfacing with different levels of senior management Excellent customer service skills Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Desktop Software and Operating Systems An understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations or other IT qualifications
