Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care Trainer with experience of designing and delivering classroom training to a large audience, ideally within Customer Services. The role is based either in the Newbury or Warrington office with regular travel to the other You are organised and meticulous ensuring you keep track of multiple training requirements and all information is logged and adhered to. You are confident, highly engaging and self-motivated with a clear focus on driving performance improvement. Our client is a leading provider of technology-oriented logistics solutions to the eCommerce market. Main areas of responsibility Devise and co-ordinate induction and training plans for Customer Care team members ensuring mandatory training and refreshers are attended Undertake training needs analysis for all Customer Care team members Work closely with Management to ensure that processes are developed, implemented and communicated to the team on a regular basis Review and develop current process for handling feedback and training related issues Ensure training is delivered in an effective manner that will allow each member of the team to achieve targets set Devise and co-ordinate training plan for Peak team members Education, Skills and Experience Essential: Experience in a training role is essential Experience in organising training including on-the-job coaching; soft skills and e-learning Experience in designing ways to train employees Experience in overseeing all professional development Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities Good IT skills, including Excel Good level of English & Maths Confidential and diplomatic Positive and pro-active Attention to detail and accuracy Planning and organisation Strong Communication skills at all levels Judgment and problem solving Flexible and adaptable Strong desire to progress Experience of training Customer Service staff
