As a Plot Sales Paralegal you would be responsible for dealing with the sale of plots and will be tasked with opening files, sending out contract packs and preparing progress spreadsheets. You will also be dealing with completion and post completion matters and preparing files for closure. The ideal candidate would need to have experience within Plot Sales however candidates with experience within Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property will be considered.
