Customer Service Team Leader Hemel Hempstead £25,000 pa Immediate permanent contract A "lead from the front", customer focussed Team Leader is now urgently required by a successful employer. The team you’ll be managing are motivated and willing to learn and provide the very highest levels of customer service already. You will oversee the progression of the team and provide valuable insight to the Management team in this newly created role. You’ll be an integral part of the wider customer service team but will be solely responsible for your own team within. Previous, recent customer service team lead experience is essential. Only applicants with this experience will be considered on this occasion. This is an immediate need and interviews will be offered without delay. The role will include; Team coordination and development of processes and procedures to help enhance performance Review and involvement of all escalated calls. Identifying trouble areas and coaching staff to minimise the risk of repeat complaints Working alongside other Customer Service Team Leaders to share ideas and opportunities for better working within the teams Recruitment assistance and training of all new colleagues joining your team Plan staff rotas ahead of time ensuring team cover at all times during the working day/week Facilitate all staff reviews and complete on the job training for each member of your team Reporting and providing insight on team performance and challenges They are looking for; Team Leader experience with exceptional levels of customer focus proven through your work history Strong communication skills Abilities to motivate and lead teams with varying levels of experience within them Solid customer service/administrative background Educated to A Level (or equivalent) standard as a minimum They are offering : £25,000 pa Immediate permanent contract 37.5 hour working week Excellent & newly refurbished working environment Fully enhanced benefits package including 25 days holiday Bank Holidays If you have the required experience and like the sound of the role, please apply.
