Fr ench Groups Executive (Uxbridge) or WFH (24-28k) A leading Inbound Tour Operator are looking for a French Groups Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked within the Inbound Travel Sector and has dealt with Group Bookings. The right candidate will have the option to work in the office or from home depending on their location etc. The Role: Point of contact for inbound enquiries via telephone and or email Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers alike Understanding the client’s needs and requirements in order to create bespoke tours that match their requirements Implementing bookings into the back office - issuing confirmation emails and vouchers where applicable Point of contact for any changes, amendments and or cancellations Point of contact for any complaints - rectify issue in line with brand standards General admin and data entry tasks
