Care Home Manager Moulton Full Time Competitive rates of pay Great Benefits We are looking to recruit a Care Home Manager for a wonderful care home in Northampton. This care home cares for up to 60 residents in a purpose-built setting offering dementia, nursing, residential, and end-of-life care. They provide excellent standards of clinical and residential care proven by their outstanding rating given to them by the CQC. For this role they are looking for an ambitious and driven leader with a passion for providing excellent quality care to lead their friendly and committed staff team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising, supporting and inducting staff members Providing clinical leadership to the staff teams Monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified and unqualified care staff by observation and direct involvement , ensuring that all residents receive quality person centred care and that care plans are fully maintained Liaising with external bodies and residents’ families Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
