Overview
Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer required to run a busy residential property department in a niche York city centre Property and Private Client practice on a full time basis. This would suit someone who is tired of factory conveyancing/ going nowhere at their existing practice but has the legal expertise and drive to manage and develop a small team of 6 doing high end conveyancing for existing and recommended clients. You will handle own caseload with the support of a Conveyancing Assistant and will be expected to get involved in business development. You will need: To be a Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer with at least 4 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of residential conveyancing matters. Management/supervisory experience preferred. Business development/marketing skills. Competitive salary package and real prospects for progression.
