Overview
As one of the largest fintech businesses globally we currently manage over $2tn in assets for some of the biggest names in the finance world through our innovative cloud-based systems and software. Since 2010 we have grown incredibly quickly and have found ourselves in a position where we need to once again scale our pods with business analysts to satiate customer demand. So, what are we looking for? Ideally, you will come from an Accounting software, asset management, or client-facing background with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, multi-task and switch gears effectively. Some knowledge around finance and investment terminology is a huge bonus as you will be working within this marketplace from day one. Strong "people skills" and the ability to effectively interact with various levels throughout the organisation as well as a real nature to be detail-oriented is a must. Knowledge of banking and investment management including portfolio accounting, custody, back office, multi instruments e.g. Fixed income, equities, Derivatives life cycle is also a great plus. Finally, a good knowledge of SQL or Data Modelling would be very useful. Any examples of your experience working on large scale projects would be well received.
