Overview
DevOps Engineer A London based spin out of an analytical brokerage and innovative FinTech firm specialised in financial markets, statistical and quantitative techniques, using big data and cloud technologies is actively looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join their growing technology team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining solutions at early stages. As a DevOps Engineer, you will also create pipelines for infrastructure and build products on top of Kubernetes. As a DevOps Engineer, you must be an ambitious self-starter and team-oriented with solid communication skills. You will make an impact from day one and contribute to the growth of the company. Requirements: Development skills ideally in Python Experience with container ecosystem (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes) Experience with operating distributed systems (designing, building, testing) Knowledgeable in Linux environment, networking and security Experience using automation tooling (Ansible or Terraform) Benefits: Great offices with a relaxed environment and start-up feel Central London location Competitive base salary/generous bonus/pension scheme Full 360 cycle of developing a product and implementing it as well as engaging with clients Exposure to multiple Hedge Funds and IBs Participation at/in conferences, meetups and open source communities.
