Management Accountant | Travel and Leisure | Central London Description Harmonic are proud to be working with a fast growth Travel and Leisure business to supply a Management Accountant on a 3-month basis. The business is extremely dynamic and fast growth and currently have a presence in over 10 countries, recently securing over £50 million in investment. This is on the back of a great vision to build a global lifestyle brand which celebrates communities, experiences and places. This investment has meant that over 2 million people globally have used the business this year with the expectation that this will increase in 2020. The role The Management Accountant will help with the works in collaboration with the Finance Controller and the focus of this position will be the balance sheets and reconciliations. Preparation of weekly trading/KPI reports. Producing the management accounts by the end of the fifth working day following period ends. Ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis Production of annual budgets and liaison with key stakeholders in ensuring timely delivery. Production and posting of key journals including Accruals, Prepayments, Accrued and Deferred Income. Quarterly VAT reconciliations, filing and payment. Management of the fixed asset register and capital expenditure reporting. Weekly cash flow reporting. Assisting the Board, senior management with management account queries.
