Our Client has the need for a hands-on, experienced Finance Manager who will be more than just looking at numbers Indeed, they need someone who will focus on customer satisfaction as customers comes first for this business. You will need to be a bubbly and enthusiastic individual as well as being passionate about making a difference to people's lives Our Client believes in challenging the norm and pushing boundaries and creating better things They are in real growth and believe their products not only is trendy but is also helping the way people live. What will you be doing as the Senior Finance Manager? Commercial support: Establish and produce relevant financial reports detailing commercial forecasts, statistical information etc In line with business growth, you will significantly grow the finance team You will prepare monthly financial dashboard and commentary for senior stakeholders. Build and improve the capabilities and processes within the finance team to create a customer led Business Partnering function through regular reviews, clarity of shared goals and regular recognition. In collaboration with Head of Finance to determine strategy for the business loving forward What do you need to become the Senior Finance Manager?
