Overview
A well established regional law firm in Guildford are seeking an NQ-2 year qualified dispute resolution solicitor. You will cover disputes in wide range of areas including commercial property, insolvency and financial disputes. The team also specialise in commercial litigation including director, shareholder and partnership disputes as well as professional negligence. Candidates will have completed a seat in their training contract in commercial litigation or will have recently qualified into that area.
