Overview
Server and Applications Support Officer needed in South west London Ref 391319 Paying £28.31 per hr Responsibilities: routine performance monitoring of servers and associated software undertaking action to investigate and resolve known errors Undertaking routine tasks associated with the backup operation of servers and their data over virtual and physical platforms Undertake business application support within their team Undertake the implementation of the agreed change control procedures Undertake work to resolve requests for support received from the ICT Service Desk and respond within timescales agreed in relevant service level agreements Undertake investigation of issues relating to applications using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques and seek guidance on their resolution as necessary Undertake work to configure business applications to meet service and user requirements under the direction of their supervisor Essential Employment are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
