Garden Centre Plant Sales Supervisor

PLANT SALES SUPERVISOR Our client was founded in the early 1990s, a family run business, moving to a new state of the art plant centre alongside their other business, the company also manages a garden centre and a wild life experience. They have supplied Gold Medal-Winning gardens at all the major horticultural shows and our plants have featured in various television gardening programs such as Ground Force and Gardeners World. They now require a Plant Sales Supervisor to join their team to assist in leading their Retail and Wholesale Sales Team. You should have horticultural sales experience, with a leaning towards Hardy Stock and Shrubs. This role will involve working with the retail client base and where necessary organise visits to discuss planting ideas. You will be assisting with the development of there retail/wholesale contacts with regular updates via their website and social media You should have: - Good horticultural knowledge Excellent customer services Able to work with clients on planting schemes, undertaking client visits where necessary Knowledge of websites, social media Driving license. This is a hands on role and requires a physically fit individual. Salary: circa £25,000 Hours of work, 10 day fortnight, with days off in the weekend or the weekend Training is available
