Overview
We are currently working on behalf of a medium sized residential developer who are looking to expand their land and planning team with the addition of a graduate to join their team in the Thames Valley. The business is expanding and you will closely with the Land Director to gain exposure of the land buying process, including land identification, managing an appraisal process, researching planning issues and managing a land bid through to purchase. As your skills and experience grow you will have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of sites independently. Ideally, you will have graduated recently with a land or planning related degree or Masters degree and be looking to start your career with a fast moving residential developer who can offer rapid progress through the business. Prior experience of working for a developer is not required as full training will be provided, however, drive, determination and the willingness to learn new skills is essential.
