Since 2016, World Wide Generation World’s mission is to help accelerate the financing and delivery of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through its ecosystem technology platform, G17Eco. WWG is looking for a Full Stack Developer to Support the CTO in developing the next version of the WWG platform and support the growth of the new development team. Key Responsibilities Be a key developer on the full-stack of the platform from the API to the front end (DLT-related development could be potentially in scope later on). Advocate for proper development practices including Agile Support the CTO and product team in the planning and definition of features and stories within an environment of in-flux development backlog and imprecise story specifications Maintain an always-learning approach to technology, introducing new knowledge into the team, with an aim to build an innovative platform Skills and Qualifications Mandatory React (2y) Node.js (2y) Excellent communication skills and team player Enjoys working in a startup and contributing ideas to the team Preferred TypeScript (2y) Knowledge of Mongo Knowledge of Cloud services such as Google Cloud or AWS Understanding of good technology architectures Interest in Sustainable Development Goals Theoretical or Practical understanding of Blockchain technologies and/or DLTs VALUES, BEHAVIORS AND CULTURAL FIT This role builds on all of the WWG values which include the following.
