Overview
IT Support Specialist Primary Role: To provide product support for Sage 200 software and associated products To attend project hand-overs and resulting on-site pre-project analysis visits To install Sage and Sage-related software Post installation support (telephone, email and remote) Specific Products (Training available if required) - Sage 200 ERP software - Draycir Sage 200 Add-on modules - Sicon Sage 200 Add-on modules Secondary Role: Responsible for the company ISMS system Prepare for and run monthly Review meeting to identify and act on security issues Liaise with and host annual audit by external auditing body Update and action continuous improvement actions Schedule and administrate internal audits Other sub-roles may be available through experience or personal development: Project Management Business Process Documentation SQL Server (administration, query generation & scripting) Delivery of training sessions to end-users (1-1 rather than classroom) Sage software bespoke development Personal Skills required: At least one year of Sage 200 support experience Enthusiasm Confidence Good arithmetic Good communication skills Good organisational skills Confidence with IT Ability to learn quickly Other: Diving licence essential Flexible hours between 8:30-5:30 Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89733169
