Job Opportunity Working within the Technical Services Team, the purpose of the job is to write customer specifications accurately and according to legislative standards for all Bradgate customers and across all production units. To manage the artwork process liasing with customer artwork teams, other legal label companies such as Ashbury as well as the customer and the printers to ensure we have packaging on site for the pre-production trial. The Right Person You will be someone who is self-motivated and focussed on the customer. You will demonstrate initiative and ownership. You value others and their contribution and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues. You will be flexible and adaptable to change. In addition, you will have the following skills: Write accurate specs that are right first time using Bradgate Raw Material Specifications that are completed and accurate Attend feasibility meeting and guide teams on timescales required to deliver packaging Attend Technical Handover Meetings with NPD, Process, Commercial and the customer team Manage the artwork process escalating any issues where timelines will not be met Check accuracy of artwork and agree any amends with regulatory bodies or the customer Ensure all specifications are supplier authorised prior to launch with all the relevant attachments We provide a terrific range of benefits including great facilities with onsite parking and subsidised restaurants, as well as an excellent retirement savings plan (pension), private health cover (subject to terms and conditions) and a discount scheme ‘Quality Life’ that provides savings at supermarkets, high street retailers and a host of leisure outlets.
