Our knowledge and experience of organising events in developing countries is second to none. We possess more than 20 years of working experience in over 30 African countries, and understand and respect the individual needs of our partners in each one. Most of our events are organised in association with government ministries and other institutional partners, meaning we can guarantee the participation of high-level delegations. We have also developed strong relationships with important private sector players who return to support our events year after year, ensuring multi-layered networking opportunities. About We are one of the leading event organisers on the African continent. We organise more than ten conferences/exhibitions per annum, in the mining, oil and gas, energy and finance sectors. We are a dynamic, young and rapidly developing company working in exciting emerging markets. The role: • To build in house database including delegates and exhibitors’ lists • To handle badges list • To coordinate logistics for the event • To manage the information supplied by the clients as flight details • To manage the hotel accommodation bookings • To process visa letter for clients • To assist the Project Managers in the administration of the event • To manage onsite registration • To handle general administration of the office Who are we looking for: • A track record of minimum six months in event coordination • A dynamic person who can multitask and work under pressure • A person with initiative and with problem solving attitude • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • High Attention for details • Genuine interest in Africa culture • Strong communication skills both French and English and other languages will be considered as a bonus • You should expect to travel occasionally and work in challenging conditions • Educated to at least graduate level
