Overview

3rd Line Support Engineer Oliver Marks Consulting are currently representing a Managed Service Provider based in the Heybridge area. Due to expansion my client is now looking to take on an IT Support Engineer who is looking to take their next step in their career. When in the office you will provide technical support to users via phone, email and remote access. The client prides themselves on great customer service and as such are looking for a confident individual with a friendly and professional manner that’s used to going the extra mile. The role will include substantial hands-on work ensuring that all processes and procedures are adhered to. You will need experience of providing technical support, excellent communication skills and the desire to provide the highest quality of IT support. Skills required will include, but not limited to: Active Directory, Microsoft Sever experience, Office 365, knowledge of backup and antivirus applications, firewalls, router admin, Cloud Technologies and VMWare and Hyper-V. The client is looking for someone who has a real passion for IT and is looking to expand their knowledge and take ownership of projects.
