Car Sales Manager required in Tunbridge Wells. Circa £40k Basic Salary £60k OTE Exciting opportunity with a very reputable dealer group Our client is a well-established Main Dealer in Tunbridge Wells, who is looking to hire an experienced Car Sales Manager for their busy Dealer. You will be responsible for leading a team selling a wide range of vehicles as well as appraising part exchanges and arranging test drives, as well as managing targets and staffing in general. On target earning are based on hitting sales team targets although likely to be around £60,000 pa with a basic salary around £40,000 pa.
