Overview
A household name insurer seeks to employ a compliance manager to head up their internal compliance team. You will be no stranger to the compliance arena and will look to hit the ground running with a clear brief of developing and implementing a robust compliance framework. In situ your role with include but not be limited to. Conduct periodic internal reviews of the leadership team to confirm adherence to internal compliance procedures are being followed. Conduct or direct internal investigation of compliance issues. Identify current compliance issues and potential issues and respond accordingly. File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies. Oversee internal reporting systems such as corporate compliance hotlines and train employees accordingly on said systems.
