Finance Manager - £37,000 - £45,000 per annum Fantastic Benefits My client, a growing SME based in Leicester is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. You will play an instrumental part in the day to day running of the accounts team whilst managing and coaching junior staff members and playing a pivotal role in their development. You will not just be involved in the preparation of the monthly management accounts but you will also be heavily involved in the commercial decision making. Key responsibilities will include: Preparation of the monthly management accounts and post month end analysis including variance commentary. Coaching, mentoring and developing junior staff members Prepare and analyse budgets vs actuals. Continuous improvement and development of the financial reporting and systems. Building effective relationships with all external stakeholders and customers. Be the go to person in the office for IT related queries from the wider team.
