Working within the Operations team, you will be supporting data management, client reporting, trade processes, and problem resolution. This person will work closely with Customer Service to ensure integrity of the data systems. Our client will rely on you to listen to their customers and use your expertise, creativity, and passion to meet their needs and remind them that behind the company’s great products are amazing people, ensuring that they continue to deliver their 5 rated customer service. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to detect issues and escalate where needed.
