Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator join our client, based in Marlow. The successful candidate will ideally have some work experience and be a fast learner, great over the phone with excellent organisational skills. Duties include Processing bookings Ordering and distributing information to clients Adding customer information to our database Arranging travel and accommodation for events Processing supplier invoices Upload schedules to the database General support to the team when required Other administrative tasks which vary depending on the business Skills/Experience Must be organized, punctual & reliable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Have a mature and diligent attitude Good attention to detail Ability to work alone at times and use initiative Willingness to learn with a "can-do" attitude Experience with Microsoft Office programs Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
