Our client, a leading retailer with their HQ in Marlow, is looking for a Commercial Finance Administrator to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career and develop with a leading employer. This role requires advanced Excel skills, with the ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables. A background in retail would also be very helpful. The main purpose of the role is to provide financial admin support to the Commercial Director and Team to record, track and follow up additional contractual oblications and support the Stock Merchandising team to provide admin support and store related enquiries. Duties - Set up new products onto system including attributes, description, barcode, etc - Maintain the Excel based net margin database - Calculate support due from suppliers - Raise financial claims to suppliers - Produce daily, weekly and monthly net margin reports - Ensure supplier payments are made and queries resolved quickly - Raise manual replenishment orders for stores Skills/Experience - Advanced Excel - Finance background - retail knowledge an advantage - Attention to detail essential - Team player Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
