Recruitment Manager Liverpool City Centre £30,000 Basic plus Quarterly Bonus We have an exciting opportunity to join our client a successful, award winning and growing property company in Liverpool City Centre. You will be solely responsible for all recruitment needs within the business focusing on the recruitment of sales and operations staff. Reporting into the Directors you will have a successful track record of operating at Recruitment Manager level to deliver in-house end to end recruitment solutions, demonstrating extensive experience of recruitment planning and delivery. We're looking for an inspirational recruiter who can recognise and find exceptional talent, this person must be motivated, driven and possess strong commercial awareness. You'll recruit and hire talent for both their Liverpool and London offices so previous experience within these locations would be beneficial. About the Role Be responsible for the entire recruitment process, strategies and ways of attracting the right candidates Lead and develop internal processes to ensure the highest calibre of candidate is recruited across both offices, identifying and targeting key competitors Employ and encourage direct sourcing techniques such as head hunting and direct approaches, utilising available platforms such as LinkedIn to understand the market and create target lists. Deliver accurate and timely data and reporting to support business decisions Review and evolve current policies and processes, demonstrating innovation and creativity in their choice of attraction and sourcing channels, assessment materials and recruitment tools, ensuring an outstanding candidate journey whilst delivering best practice and compliance. Act as an ambassador at career fairs, open days and networking events and alongside their social media channels to develop the Employer Brand, promoting the business as a Great Place to Work. Proven experience at Recruitment Manager level, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of delivering volume recruitment across Property Sales and operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, utilising industry knowledge and experience to make commercial decisions Ability to work as part of a team and drive collaboration to ensure business objectives are achieved Able to demonstrate a flexible approach and positive attitude with a high attention to detail and accuracy High level of planning and organisational skills with experience of delivering a varied and, at times, intensive workload to tight deadlines In return you'll become a valuable member of the company This is a full-time permanent role which will require an element of flexibility around working hours to meet and interview candidates.
