Overview
Gi Group are currently recruiting for a Remarketing Co-ordinator, for our Client BMW, located in Farnborough on a full time basis. Purpose of the role: To provide support to internal departments and external suppliers for the disposal and sale through the National Remarketing Programme of BMW Group vehicles that have been returned. The role responsibilities are as follows: Be the point of contact for support of the Remarketing Programme through de-fleet/stock management/physical and on line sales. Be the point of contact for the outsourced solution and manage all queries. Responsible for the overall reconciliation of vehicle stock reports, sold vehicles and respective invoices. End to end ownership of pre-production vehicles supplied by Munich from initial acceptance into stock, obtaining legal documentation/registration documents and allocation to sales. Purpose and subject of interaction with internal / external customers and key contacts: Working alongside the Head of Remarketing and Remarketing Managers to identify the best possible sales programme that will result in the highest residual value and lowest days in stock. Liaison with Retailers and Independent buyers to deal with queries relating to vehicle purchases and seeking effective solutions. Interaction with Commercial Funding to resolve discrepancies in vehicle stock and accounts. Co-ordination of Retailer events such as Closed and Virtual Auctions. Skills and Experience: Essential: Be able to demonstrate administration skills working in a fast paced environment where communication and organization skills are key to being successful. Good numerical skills Desirable: Be commercially aware. BMW/MINI product knowledge would be preferable.
