Teaching Assistant Hackney September 2020 Are you a Primary Teaching Assistant looking for a role for the new academic year? A 'Good' Primary school based in Hackney are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support classes in Early Years through to year 6. Your main responsibility in this role will be to support different groups of children in small groups in both Maths and English. In order to fulfil this role, you will need to be knowledgeable and hard -working. Based on performance and punctuality there is also the possibility of a permanent contract after 6 months. The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is keen to improve the learning of all students and who can contribute towards their success. To be considered for this role you will: -Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification. -Have a minimum of a years' experience working within Primary education. -Have experience leading small groups of at least 4 pupils. -Be experienced running intervention groups. -Have the ability to develop and build professional relationships with both pupils and staff. -Be creative, passionate and dedicated to supporting the learning and development of all the pupils in the class.
