Job Profile for Architectural Technician / Technologist - DW139107 Our client, a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their growing team in King's Lynn. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a hardworking, motivated practice that have a variety of exciting projects offering an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to expand their skillset. The most successful Architectural Technician / Technologist should be proficient with the use of both AutoCAD & Revit software as our client uses both types of software to produce high quality drawings. An artistic design flare and high technical standard will be key for the most successful Architectural Technician / Technologist. Our client has a variety of exciting projects in their pipeline, including some large scale residential, educational and commercial projects. The most successful candidate should have at least 2 years relevant industry experience as the required Architectural Technician / Technologist should be able to hit the ground running. This is a brilliant opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to expand their skillset and work on a variety of projects across different sectors. Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview Use of AutoCAD & Revit software on a daily basis to produce highly detailed technical drawings Work alongside and assist more senior members of staff Produce high quality drawings for a variety of projects Working on different projects in a variety of sectors Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements Live close to or in the King's Lynn area At least 2 years' experience post degree qualification High technical standard Proficient with the use of AutoCAD & Revit Relevant degree qualified (Bsc/Ba or HND/HNC) Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration Salary of £25,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Pension scheme Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
