About the KS2 Teacher Role This KS2 Teacher position involves teaching one of the KS2 classes and you will be using all the tools and resources available. In general, you will be building up your repertoire as you take on the extra responsibilities of pastoral leader, where you will be rewarded with generous TLR. Your responsibilities will include refining your teaching skills and learning new pedagogical methods on the schools CPD programme. As a KS2 Teacher you will be leading a class with the help of TA who is able to lead small groups and work 1:1 with any pupils who are struggling with the lesson. You will be heeding the advice of your mentor 'Outstanding' teacher who is keen to provide you designated support at every stage of your development .
