You will have excellent support settling in from your 2 co year group teachers and will have a graduate TA in your class. NQT’s will be working closely with an 'Outstanding' teacher in a supportive environment where the leadership are always close at hand to ensure a successful Induction Year. Through the schools Continuing Professional Development you will have the chance to improve your pedagogical understanding and teaching practice. • Person Specification We are looking for a creative Teacher who can show an exemplary understanding of the required curriculum. You will provide a clear understanding of how to create fun lessons, which prove to be very effective and engaging for all pupils under your care. KS2 experience is not a necessity as the school will provide all the relevant training for teachers who have more experience in older age groups.
