Overview
An award winning design group offering high end creative and design services are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in London. Whilst based in the London office you as Senior Project Manager will be working on large and small-scale project's spread both nationally and internationally within the residential, hospitality and leisure sectors. The role of Senior Project Manager will involve managing and co-ordinating a variety of projects and tailoring services to ensure projects are delivered within pre-set deadlines, budgets and to a high standard in line with this company's outstanding reputation for quality and dynamic design. As Senior Project Manager, you will be a key part of the wider team in liaising directly with clients and design team to agree these deadlines and budgets giving personal and bespoke service to clients. The successful candidate will be working closely alongside the Director / Associate managing the internal design team and portfolio of projects in line with the company's innovative and high standard ethos. Senior Project Manager Position Overview Co-ordinating high-end Interior Design projects within Hospitality sector from beginning stages through to completion Communication internally with Director/Associate level and design team Liaising with clients directly and maintaining client relationships Overseeing the day-to-day running and efficient delivery of the assigned project Ensuring high quality standards and continuity Managing and monitoring budget, fees and timeframes Responsible for reviewing the contract and raising any changes required Senior Project Manager Position Requirements Qualified within Design base subject Minimum 4 years' experience in similar role Solid understanding of the design industry and process Ability to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages Knowledge of Deltek or other ERP systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong management and organisational skills Ability to problem solve and proactive mind-set Senior Project Manager Position Remuneration Salary dependant on experience Benefit package to be discuss during interview Holiday package Pension scheme Opportunities for progression We, Bennett and Game Recruitment, a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
