Overview
A well established Top 20 firm of chartered Accountants are looking for an Audit and Accounts Senior? AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for an accounts and audit focused role based in Guildford. This role will be 60% Accounts and 40% Audit based. This role will offer you the chance to manage your own portfolio of clients and offer great progression routes in the future. Audit & Accounts Requirements The Role: • Producing accounts for clients • Leading statutory audits from planning to completion • Presenting the Accounts/Audit Manager with a complete set of accounts with minimal queries • Drafting accounts packages and preparing VAT returns • Clearing review points and putting through adjustments to the accounts • To keep time records up to date on a day-to-day basis and complete timesheets • Liaising with junior members of staff and assisting in training The Ideal Candidate: • 4 years practice experience • ACA or ACCA qualified • High level of personal motivation • Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and have excellent time management If you are interested in hearing more about this role please apply directly or contact Ben Bennett at AJ Chambers.
