Energy Customer Service Advisor Your new company Our client is a successful and ever growing exciting organisation based in Leicester city centre who specialise in the energy industry. They are currently seeking Customer Service Specialists for a number of opportunities across various teams for immediate start on temporary to permanent contracts. This company are agile, innovate and throughout their services they champion fairness and transparency consistently providing an excellent standard of customer service. Your new role You will be responsible for providing an excellent service to all customers over the phone and when responding to e-mails in regards to any queries around individuals accounts. Your new role will also include championing bold new products to the market, providing an efficient and personalised service to each customer. You can expect the role to be challenging and varied as no two days are the same. You may at times have to handle difficult conversations and complaints, so you will need to be able to empathise with the customer whilst solving the problem. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have experience providing excellent customer service at a high level as well as being a proactive individual who is able to solve problems quickly. You will have high attention to detail and a good level of IT literacy as you will be working on an internal CRM system including spreadsheet management. Due to the complex nature of this role you will also need a high standard of literacy and numeracy, minimum GCSE grades A-C and be able to pass testing in these areas.
