Sales Manager - Energy Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (D.O.E) Performance Related Bonus Location: Leicester Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours (Mon-Fri) Contract: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Overview A fantastic opportunity has become available working for a prominent broker within the energy market. We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager. You will join a dynamic and progressive organisation that is undergoing a period of growth. The opportunity on offer involves coaching the Sales Team. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of performance management and driving results within a Sales department. This role will not require the manager to sell but will be heavily involved in coaching, targets, reporting, staff management, budgets and KPI's. Sales Manager Responsibilities: Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Influencing change and streamlining current processes. Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Present sales, revenue and other reports alongside realistic forecasts to the management team. Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and industry knowledge education. Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition. To be successful as the Sales Manager we are looking for the following: Sales Manager Requirements It is essential that the Sales Manager has energy industry experience. Driving Performance - This is vital for a candidate in this position. Need to be a confident Team Leader to drive through Sales volumes. Ability to effectively prioritise a challenging workload. A logical approach to managing data and a good level of analysis capability. Strong team focus. Should act with integrity and have sound judgement, promoting ethics and compliance.
