Experienced office based customer service advisor required for temp to perm position in Milton Keynes Your new company Established organisation in the Milton Keynes area looking for office based Customer service advisors specifically with order processing and stock replenishment experience, Account Management experience to join the team on a temp to perm basis. Your new role The main duties for this role will include; Handling day to day customer queries via email and telephone Account Management Stock ordering and replenishment experience is essential Management of orders through the CRM system Order processing Managing inventory of stock Deal with customer queries and resolutions Office administration High level of Excel and spreadsheet knowledge What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate for this position will have proven experience working in a Customer Service position within a fast paced office environment and have effective customer relationship building skills.
