Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant/Finance Analyst to join a leading FinTech company based in Central London. Our client is currently operating from 50 countries and look to expand this year on year. This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be part of a great team. Main responsibilities: Perform reconciliations and post journal entries; Drive close of general ledger in accordance with month end pace; Prepare monthly statutory entity packs including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow; Adhering and delivering compliance in a timely manner; Support departments & finance business partners on financial accounting matters; Work with finance teams to streamline and standardise month-end processes; Seek to constantly improve and implement best practice within the team. Candidate profile: Strong management accounting skills (technical, operational, systems); Experience in month-end close processes, including Balance Sheet governance; Strong excel skills; Collaborative, proactive and able to work across teams in Finance to drive deliverables; Knowledge of Netsuite or comparable general ledger system.
