Overview
You will be responsible for contract manage multi-million pound: services, responsive repairs, maintenance and construction work that achieves agreed outcomes for this organisation, customers and stakeholders and to meet the housing providers objectives and performance targets. You will manage, supervise and co-ordinate the activities and operations of our client's repair and estates services. You will be expected to deliver quality, good value services effectively and efficiently within business plan objectives, meeting both customer's reasonable expectations and statutory and regulatory requirements. Additionally you will be responsible for managing surveyors and customer care co-ordinators. To succeed in this role you will need to prove that you are an experienced and qualified property maintenance professional with detailed knowledge of housing construction, day-to-day reactive repairs, maintenance service delivery and property & estate management. You will also have experience of managing contracts (mobilisation and de-mobilisation), preparing specifications and overseeing operatives and site works.
