Overview
A brilliant position within a fast-growing, innovative company has occurred for a bright Customer Service Advisor with excellent command of the German and English language, both written and spoken to join a multilingual team in London. You will have a great personality, passionate and hard-working to achieve great customer service. The purpose of the role is to significantly improve the customer service experience with a view to providing the best online experience. Your responsibilities will include: Being first point of contact, answering all queries via telephone and emails across the German market Maintain knowledge of products by keeping up to date with new products and providing guidance and advice on the products Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied Working closely with the marketing team, assisting with social media when required About you: Within this role you are expected to be well-spoken, able to communicate with people on all levels and have previous experience within the service sector. You will also have the chance to develop new opportunities that will improve the customer service experience within the company.
