Overview
Experienced Complex Care Support Worker We are currently recruiting for a team of experienced complex care workers to provide support to a tracheostomy client who has a ventilator, nebulizer and requires peg feeding. Our client is based within the Kensington area in Central London. The client would require support to manage most aspects of their daily living. Shift Patten: Days: 8AM-8PM / Nights: 8PM-8AM Work available Monday - Sunday Hourly Pay: £10 - £11 Full training will be provided: 3 days Mandatory training followed by 1 day of specialist training with our clinical nurse. What we require from candidates: • Flexibility, Reliability, Proactive • Experience Working with clients who have tracheostomy • Passionate about the care of vulnerable people with various health issues. • A minimum of 6 months experience working in the care sector • Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative • Able to work under pressure and in stressful and challenging situation.
