SIPP Accounts Executive - Salary £23,000 - £27,000 DOE Excellent Benefits Based: Leicestershire Our Client are an established and professional Wealth Management company who specialise in Self Invested Personal Pensions, (SIPP). We are searching for an experienced SIPP Administrator or SIPP Account Manager to join their team, you will be providing a high standard of service to their SIPP Clients creating long-term relationships through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Provide a quality administration service for a portfolio of SIPPs Provide technical and administrative support to the Financial Planners Maintain records that meet the requirements of the firm and the regulator Provide an in-house point of contact for the client Maintain good working relationships with clients and all internal colleagues Set up new SIPPS in a timely fashion, using a diary system, and prepare draft suitability reports Effect transfers into SIPPs and prepare draft suitability reports Prepare for client meetings Carry out the renewals of SIPP arrangements Invoice clients in accordance with Client Agreements Knowledge, Skills and experience Educated to A level standard or equivalent with Maths and English GCSE as a minimum Experience in a SIPP client servicing and administration role Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of financial services and the sector with further exams such as Diploma or CII (or willing to work towards) Excellent knowledge of SIPP and SSAS and associated products Enthusiasm and drive Committed, hardworking and very organised Must be highly numerate Strong communicator skills being able to converse at any level with accountants, Actuaries etc You will need to be customer focused You will need to have fantastic time management This is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced SIPP Administrator to join a market leading brand.
